When is rent due?

Rent is due on or before the First day of each month.

Can I pay my rent with cash?

Cash is an unacceptable form of payment.  We accept payment(s) in the form of a check, cashier’s check or money order.

May I make my rent payment online?

Yes, you may pay rent online through Rent Cafés Resident Portal.

What do I do in the event I’ve locked myself out of my home?

During office hours you may check out a key from the office with proper identification.  After office hours we suggest you call a locksmith of your choice to gain access to your home.

What if I have an after hour maintenance emergency?

You will need to call your on-site office where you will be instructed to follow the prompts to be connected to a live on-call operator.
